THE VOICE OF FLIGHT CLUB POWERED BY SABRE: 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Open to Flight Centre Travel Group staff (subject to eligibility requirements). Eligible entrants have a chance of winning a trip to Global Gathering Berlin. FCTG staff may enter only as an individual by creating and submitting an original 30-60 second audition video performing/singing a song of their choice. The top 4 most entertaining and creative videos as judged by FCTG and Sabre representatives will be deemed as finalists. The 4 finalists will be flown to Berlin to compete on stage at Global Gathering where one finalist will be crowned the winner. 

  1. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 

Information on how to participate and prize information form part of these conditions of entry (Conditions of Entry).

a) Participation is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

b) The Promoter is Sabre (in collaboration with FCTG).

c) The entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoter's decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Conditions of Entry generally. 

d) All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry even if the Promoter only learns of a person's ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs. 

e) The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of competition is final and binding on every person who participates. No correspondence will be entered into. 

2. DATES:

The competition will commence at 09:00 AEDT 13th April, 2018 and conclude at 23:59 AEDT 25th June, 2018

3. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?:
a) Participation in the competition is open to ALL FCTG staff who are:

b) employees of FCTG at the time of entry, and who remain employed as at 14th July 2018

c) Residents of the country in which they are employed

d) AND aged 18 years or over

e) The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
a) This is a competition based on creativity and talent
b) To enter the competition, Participants must create a 30 second - 1 minute audition video. This is open to your interpretation on the brief but must be a musical song. 

5. HOW TO WIN:

The most entertaining video auditions as judged by FCTG and Sabre in their absolute discretion, will be deemed the winners. 

6. PRIZE INFORMATION:

Participants will have a chance at winning a trip to Berlin where they will perform during Global Gathering conference, Saturday July 14, 2018 at approximately 10.30am

7. NOTIFICATION OF FINALISTS
a) All finalists will be approved and verified by FCTG and Sabre. Finalists will be contacted by email by 25th June, 2018.

b) UNCLAIMED PRIZE (if any)

In the event a finalist is not able to claim their prize, a new finalist will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 

8. GENERAL:
a) Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the competition, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win. 

b) Promoter, the Promoter's related entities and all agencies associated with the competition; and employees, agents, directors and contractors, shall not be liable for any loss, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the competition or the acceptance or use of the prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

c) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize.

d) Prize winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any activity (such as publicity, video and photography) relating to the winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any future marketing material.

e) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (‘Non-Excludable Guarantees’). 

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
a) Immediately upon submission by an entrant, their entry/entries become the sole property of the Promoter.  These entries may be used at Flight Centre Global Gathering and for future marketing initiatives without notice, regardless of it you win or not.  

b) All information entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting the winner if there are issues with the delivery of the prize.

c) Should a Participant’s Personal Information change, it is the Participant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter by contacting the Promoter via email 24th June, 2018.

d) The Promoter may disclose Participants' Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.

10. PRIVACY POLICY:
a) All Personal Information collected in this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

b) The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (The Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection Act 2012) as well as any other applicable laws.

c) The Promoter may disclose Participants' Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
